C Whitney
I am currently unable to pull a credit report from PrivacyGuard or Credit Watch Gold. I just called customer care and the rep told there is definately a "problem" and a supervisor would call me within 24 hrs to discuss the issue.Do you think it could have anything to do with the fact that I am currently suing them? (it isn't in small claims court)I think I may have to cancel my Credit Watch and PrivacyGuard. Has anyone had a similar problem?[Edit by C Whitney on [TIME]1056986690[/TIME]]
smogtek
I guarantee it's because you're suing them! When I sued them, they did the same thing - LOCKED ME OUT!When I called them on it in front of the commissioner in small claims, they gave her some lame excuse about "protecting the consumer by not allowing ANYONE to see potentailly derogatory information".Yeah, right!BTW, I was locked out 'til about a month after my court date. C Whitney
Well then, I want my money back for the Credit watch Gold. No sense paying for something they won't let me use. I can't seem to pull from PG either, I'm almost postive it is because EQ won't give them access either. :@ I think I will call my attorney, don't you think? calawyer
Definately talk to your attorney about it. If she is experienced in FCRA cases, she will recognize this as SOP. Ask whether you should set them up by writing a letter demanding all your money back as they have breached the contract or frustrated its purpose. C Whitney
I will let attoney know, I'm sure they will have something to say about this... At least PG let me access my CR today but EQ is still blocking it and the supervisor who was suppose to call within 24 hours has yet to ring my phone. It will be okay cause I will win in the end... #) #) #)
