Too little too late? (Calalawyer, please advise?)

This one is great.

So I filed a lawsuit against TransUnion a while back(yeah yeah, we know already--shut up, Xan!). I got the call from the process server yesterday, my court date is July 25th(we know this too...get on with it already). Anyhow, I checked my PG this morning, and lo and behold, all those tradelines I had originally disputed with TU that they refused to investigate that I sued them over are GONE, lol.

Does this mean I don't have a case against them anymore, though? I wanna make em suffer, squirm, and possibly set a precedent for others to hammer them on that letter they send out refusing disputes from "credit repair agencies"(even though I wasn't using one). Or is this too little, too late, and now I *REALLY* have them by the short and curlies? Cause the way I'm looking at it, they just admitted guilt by doing that, which would make my job a lot easier. I'm feeling pretty bold and thinkin' this is the perfect opening to grab a hammer and hit em over the head with it and deal the killing blow(well, ok... for what I'm suing for, it's more like a ruler on the wrist)...smells like weakness to me, and I'm never one to fail to take advantage of that :p.

Is this a good sign or a bad one? Thankies for any advice.
