I'm thinking that if you have previously disputed, they might have gotten keen that you were conducting CHOD and if you were a new disputer that they actually did something other than send you a form letter. In the debt validation process outlined on this web site, YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO SEND DEBT VALIDATION LETTERS TO THE COLLECTION AGENCIES....RIGHT??? Or do you send letters to TU, EXPERIAN, AND EQUIFAX???
