Is Providian or TU the problem?

Sure keep it up, threaten to sue, but make sure that you use the credit fraud option that all 3 cra's have available for you. Also write a letter to the cra's explaining that it is not your account and that you have filed a froud complaint or something and have it pasted on your credit file. Hi, I have to wonder with all the date changing, if they provided the CRA/OC with the correct dates and amounts,that they would just change them again, to the correct ones.Going thru a similar situation. wrong amount and dates all over the 3 cra's, but didn't have proof except for judgement and could be wrong.Any suggestions?I'm thinking of filing a motion to vacate because I wassn't served.the clerk at the court says that because they put it on a door, that was being served.it says in the computer that i was served but it's not in the file. I stay in Michigan

and wonder if anyone can help? :notsure: now what?
