I have looking into some sort of CC consolidation or some other route to pay off my CC debt, when I came across nomoredebt.cc. Basicaly their deal is that they 0 out all account balances becuase CC company's are in violation of Federal Laws. Here is a quote from there page..."You are paying interest on money that does not exist. Charging interest on something that doesn't really exist violates federal and state usury laws. Federal law also prohibits banking institutions from issuing their credit"

Is this legit? Can this be done? I am interested in finding out more but from here i need to purchase some package at 1300.00$.

Please help

Come to think about it, I don't think I've gotten anything except junk with all my credit card usage and I had to pay interest on top of it...I go to work and get paid, but I don't see it either... I go fill the gas using debit card.. and so on and on.. Haven't touched real cash for weeks now... How about federal taxes then? Why is Uncle Sam taking big chunks on money that I didn't see exist? I'm gonna just sleep in and not work now....ROTFLMAO

Well Paul, You would only be out $1300.00 trying it out. I would love nothing more than opening the Wall Street Jounal one morning and reading that Discover Bank is going down the tubes because they were accused of charging interest on money that doesn't exist. Somehow I think the credit card banks have that base covered somehow. If they don't rest assured the state of Delaware will come to their rescue!

Consider debt mediation as opposed to consolidation if that works to your advantage. The time to be doing that is right now while the proposed new BK legislation is in the doldrums.

These places that say that CC companies are working with non-existent money are nothing more than SCAM ARTISTS !! What they're spouting is 100% pure CRAP ! All it does is line their pockets with your $1300 and you get screwed in the process. The biggest of these companies has so many suits against them by the Federal gov't its not funny, not to mention suits from various states.

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE !!
