Sky Warner
I have tried disputing inquiries from a CA on my report. None of the bureas will take them off.Should I give them one more go around since I KNOW this CA had NO REASON whatsoever to pull my credit, or should I just let sleeping dogs lie? This was done in 2001 but they pulled on all 3 bureas. Thought CaLawyer might have some insight on this one.Just curious
admin
Do a parallel effort, send them an intent to sue letter over the inquiries and then I'd also send a demand letter to the comapnies who pulled your report without permissiable purpose. You can get both of them for $1000 each.
Sky Warner
I already sent the CA who pulled my credit a letter that they have 30 days to get the inquiries off my credit or I will sue them. They also did it under 2 different company names (Same company)I guess I will fire off the letters to the CRAs todayThanks guys!
