I had a court date that Plaintiff asked for and received a continuance. The second court date was set so I showed up but Plaintiff did not. The judge dismissed the case, but I suspect that really meant "postponed indefinitely by the plaintiff" because I now have another court date by htis Plaintiff. Well, I wonder if Plaintiff will show! Guess defandants have no voice in such matters, huh?
