creditfix Posted December 3, 2002 Report Share Posted December 3, 2002 A friend disputed some tax liens that did not belong to her. They came back "verified." She sent a letter to the CRA again disputing the fact that they belong to her and requested to know how the CRA verified they were hers. Letter was sent CMRRR and received by CRA on 10/30/02. She has never heard back from the CRA and there is no new notation on her credit report that they have been disputed again. The last date it shows as having been disputed is 6 months ago. She is sending them a letter with a copy of the CMRRR and has quoted some of the FCRA violations. What else needs to be done.
