Anonymous Posted December 16, 2002 Author Report Share Posted December 16, 2002 That was quite a read, thanks CA... to summarize: a lawyer may not pull a consumer report soley because they are representing a defendant in a lawsuit unless the suit centers directly on the collection of a debt.did I read it right?any more to read?---are appeals cases the only case law that is ever cited?
