Anonymous
shortly after my divorce in 1999 i filed bk. my x was unabe to do it with me because we were no longer married. he is considering filing bk now. all the credit cards have been long past charged off. and we live in sc. i believe the sol is 3yrs? anyway, is the any good reason why he should go ahead with a bk on these old debts? IronMan
That's right! They're barred from being brought forth to the court. And don't even waste your time with debt consildation / credit counseling services either. Using them is worse than filing Ch7.Cheers!
