andyb Posted March 31, 2003 Report Share Posted March 31, 2003 I have a judgement from the NY state sales tax for not filing on time. I believe they sent a warrant but never any papers for court. Whats the difference between them? They also estimated the amount so i have recently files those taxes which was alot less.Can i dispute this? LadynRed Posted April 2, 2003 Report Share Posted April 2, 2003 If you were never served, then you can call the court that has the judgment and request the case file, which will include a copy of the Proof of Service.
