ADSOFT
I have a judgement (I'm disputing it, trying to get it vacated) from a different county in which I which I own a home. Can they still place a lien on my home if the judgement was awarded in a different county? LadynRed
The judgment is valid in your STATE. You own property in that state, regardless of what county. Its your asset, and therfore the lien is legal.
