longstreet169
I should, moved 3 times in 4 years. While I have you another ? In reading The SOL any promise to pay will restart the SOL,I have in writing expressed interest in paying the principal not the interest. They responded by doubling the interest and sending a new bill. Also the letter I sent was after SOL had expired if it makes a difference

bingo
The SOL in Ca. is 4 years. I just don't believe the SOL can be started again without a signed contract. Hopefully, Calawyer will see this and respond.
