Big Wally
Have a couple of judgments that are 10-12 yrs old and were given to a couple of corporations. Had a thought this morning and decided to check with sec of state to see if corps were still active. Two are no longer in existance--so what happens to the judgements? If the courthouse gets the money who would they send it to? Not planning on paying but curious if one could get the judgment set aside for lack of the other party. Any guesses? I'll call clerk or sec of state if not.
kb9tbq
Check with the court house to get the judgment vacated since the company is not around to be contacted about this listing. You can also look up the file at the court house to find the plaintiffs last known address listing.
