Anonymous
I RECENTLY TOOK A CREDITOR TO COURT AFTER THEY REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY REQUEST FOR PROPER VERIFICATION THAT I MADE PURCHASES ON AN OLD CREDIT ACCOUNT PRIOR TO MY BANKRUPTCY FILING. DESPITE THE FACT THAT I DID HAVE THIS ACCOUNT AT ONE TIME, THEY CANNOT VERIFY THAT I MADE THE OTHER CHARGES POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT WITH VALID SIGNATURES ETC. ONLY COMPUTER GENERATED RECEIPTS. HOW CAN I CONTEST THIS FURTHER? BY THE WAY, THEY WON.. [Edit by CHUCKIERABBIT on Sunday, August 18, 2002 @ 05:54 PM]
admin
Why did the judge rule in their favor, can you share any of the details? BTW, try not to type in all caps, it is regarded as shouting...Kristy
