Anonymous
I have lurked and followed the steps suggested and today I received a Stipulation Discontinuing Action. It states that I am without cost and it will be filed in my county. This account has been sold many times in the past and is way beyond the staue of limitation. What I really need to know is does this mean I am not being sued anymore or is it a temporary back off and they will be back? Perhaps they are getting ready to sell it to someone else. This account has been sold numerous times. I have learned so much and I am very lucky to have a reprieve from this,if only for the weekend. Thanks in advance.
