I have a judgement against me from Financial Credit LLC, which is Balley's Fitness. My questions is how can I go about settling the account if I am collecting unemployment? I have been contact by thtm and they asked could I pay anything I told them I was unemployed. The reply was we are sending out a garnishment and if you are collecting unemployment you won't have to worry about it. So where does this leave me? Balley's was a big scam I was not properly informed that this membership was actually a loan with an interest rate. I ran into some problems and could no longer attended their facility.

This may be a stupid question. But how can you finance a something not tangible. With a credit card or some type of service that is financed you get something tangible or you get a benefit from the service provided. With a fitness center I only benefit if i can use the facility. Once payment stopped entrance to the building was not allowed. Understandable. Compared to a credit card you purchase something you still have to pay for it. Balley's you pay for use of the facility if you can't pay you can't play. So there is nothing to pay for but for a piece of paper that was not fully explained with your signature. If there is any help out there please point me in the right direction.

Sorry to be so long winded but I need some help on this as I am trying to repair my credit.

Hey Adsoft, it's just my personal preference, but I'd rather you didn't call other members "senior". I think that discourages people from posting their opinions. Just my two cents.

About the judgment: The easiest legal technicality in getting a judgment vacated is improper serving. The rest of you can take it from here.
