What happens?</blockquote>It depends on the laws of your state. Basically, you will probably end up with a default judgement against you. Debt collection lawyers hope you won't show up in court, it's an easy win for them. Dodging process service is usually not a good idea. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
