Does a CA have to respond you your request for validation everytime you request it or do they just have to respond once?

If you received validation via regular mail, can a CA PROVE you received it?

They don't even have to!!!!!

Once should be enough.

What kind of validation did you get? Usually, they don't provide proper validation!!!!

Me again..

Is full validation a copy of the signed contract and a letter stating that I owe the amount, the debt was reported to TU and that I should send a check payable to them?

I "supposedly" :D owe for unpaid membership fees and, I guess, returned automatic debit fees. I was not given a full accounting of how they arrived at the total amount. I dont think I've ever been provided with how they got the amount

They don't have to continually send you proof, once is enough.

They don't have to show proof that you recieved it, all they have to do is "send" it.

No it's not, it doesn't prove the amount they're claiming.

Is it Bally's? They need to show full accounting to prove the amount, check the case of Spears v. Brennan posted here http://www.debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=9265
