life Posted October 18, 2002 Report Share Posted October 18, 2002 Have any of you ever seen this before.Sent out valadtion letter cmrrr got the card back today in the mail line where you are to print your name has a stamped singutre which i cannot read and the bottom line where you are to sign it says manchester Parcel delivery what inthe heck is that does this mean the mailman signed for it? Also another green card that got returned today is signed and print like it request and then a box is checked off and it says agent what does that mean. Sounds like they have a lock box at the post office and its just a registerd person to pick up their mail for them and ship it off to another office.
