dave38
The CA will mot respond to my requests for validation or intent to sue letter, but the keep verifying with CRA's. The CRA's just tell me the have verified over the phone and that there is nothing to send me on how they verified their info. Any suggestions

admin
It's really better if you do this yourself in small claims. My friend the lawyer says that you have a good chance of them not paying much attention and not being prepared by attacking them in small claims. He says that when you get a lawyer involved, they'll show up with 3 corporate attorneys to hammer on you and find any holes. It's really not that scary to do.
