Anonymous
IMO they really don't care and if you are a victim of ID theft then get ready for a long process of BS and CAs calling you and lawsuits. The same CA for two credit card debts that are not mine is suing me. One card is a blatant case of forgery and unauthorized use and the other is a stolen card that I have not used in 10 years. Trying to get documents or any information from CRAs, OCs, and especially CAs is a waste of time and effort. Read the many points of interest and good advice on this discussion group then write the correct letters.
admin
I'd immediately file suit against these guys - make them prove in court that the debt is yours. This is the only way to get their attention.
