Anonymous
I just received my first response from a CA regarding my first debt validation letter. The CA owned 7 accounts for NSF checks from 6 years ago (they are scheduled to come off in November and December). I had actually paid these off to the CA a while ago via money order. The President of the CA responded in less than a week by saying that these were in fact my debts and and that I had paid them off. She did not provide copies of my original checks (they were all around $20 each) that were returned, nor did she provide a copy of the CA's agreement with the original creditor. Any suggestions on how I should word my follow-up?
