carol
I received a letter from enhanced recovery corporation for my chase credit card. Capital recovery service, LLC did have the account and Capital recovery is the collection agency that I had sent the letters. Enhanced recovery said that the client is merchant capital, LLC, which I guess is capital recovery. This letter even has the same acct. number. I thought maybe it was a trick but enhanced is from fl. and capital is from Va. They are calling every day again. Should I send letters again? I can't believe this is starting again. I finally got out of my depression now, back in it. Thanks again, Carol
LadynRed
Yep, now you'll have to send the validation letters to the 'new' CA. It stinks, but its they way they play the game. They got your letters and instead of dealing with it themselves, they passed it on. Gotta start over
Anonymous
For the cost of a certified letter each time they auction off your account why not get privacy and caller ID for you phone? We have both and after a few times these people get tired of listening to the message the pohne repeats or just ringing.
