karmicways
I sent them a validation letter for this one account on May 1, 2003. They recieved it on May 5, 2003. I went online and disputed it on May 6, 2003. They verified it without validating it and obviously without telling the CRA that it was being disputed!! Now what can I do? paw67
When did they verify it? If you know that it was after they received your letter then you have them on a violation. I would wait a little longer and see if they rack up any more violations. You may also try to dispute it again and see if they verify again before validating.paw67
karmicways
It only shows 5/2003 that they verified it. However, I didn't dispute it online until 5-6, so it had to have been after that. But they received the letter (I have the return receipt) on 5-5. This wasn't on there yesterday - so I'm assuming they verified it 5-7 or 5-8.My question is: If I redispute this - does that start the clock over on all my other disputed items? Should I wait the 30 days before I follow up with this?
