rahma70513
Hi, About 2 years ago I laid off and didn't able to keep up with my 4 different CC. Then after 3 months I got another job and started paying off through ameridebt. Basically I paid all the late and overlimit fees to the OC !!! My question: 1) ameridebt is often late to pay to the OC and that incured the late fees again. How can I kick their back without ruining my credit no further. Should I send a letter to the OC requesting a negotiation with me? Do you have any sample letter for that? 2) One of the accounts (Next Card) is bankrupt and went to the collection agency. I am also paying them through CCS, should I discontinue paying and send them a debt validation though it is more than 30 days that I got a letter from the CA? 3) I am trying to get some loans and every creditor is pointing my late payments though it is almost 2 years old. How can I remove those from my credit report? Thanks all, Sam.

If posible, I'd get out of Ameridebt and negotiate with the creditors yourself.2) One of the accounts (Next Card) is bankrupt and went to the collection agency. You never give up your right to validate a debt.3) I am trying to get some loans and every creditor is pointing my late payments though it is almost 2 years old. 123rich
File a complaint against ameridebt. I had them as well and I had many problems with them including them being late on the payments and I kept getting late fees from the creditors. I filed a complaint last night against ameridebt with the ftc if your interested in filing a complaint its ez and can be done online at https://rn.ftc.gov/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 Good Luck...
