I am trying to negotiate a settlement with Capital One, and they say they will not negotiate a settlement until an acct. is six months past due. I have a finite amount of money to do this now, and there is no need letting fees pile up anymore. I only talked to a low-level rep who was very rude. How can I get to speak with someone at Capital One who will discuss this and listen to reason ?
