tj34994
In August I received a letter from a CA (Pallisades) apologizing for any inconvenience and they will remove the entry from my CR. I sent Equifax a copy of this letter requesting that the entry be removed. Around Sep 30, the entry was removed and Equifax sent me a confirmation letter. Sometime after Oct 5, Equifax reentered this on my CR and as of this date they have not informed me. I did receive a copy from them concerning another dispute I had filed. I don't understand this. The Original CA said, oops sorry, will be removed. It was removed, now Equifax reenters it saying it was validated 9-02. What gives? Don't understand and isn't this a violation. Or, could the CA being playing games also. Any suggestions? Help. Should I notify the CA again by letter?
