Anonymous Posted October 30, 2002 Report Share Posted October 30, 2002 I have had CreditWatch (which was my favorite) for several months now. Pulling my credit report every day. One day I had problems and called their 800 #. Much to my surprise the rep asked to delete my account and I would have to sign up for a new one... I did this. Once I signed up I could not access because of verification problems (I moved 2 months ago to Texas and live currently in California in corporate housing) Now they are requesting a utility bill or phone bill for activation. I am in California and can not provide that. I used the same CC as the previous account... Verify that! I am so pissed I have things in dispute and they should be off today. Also I want to get ready for the week of Nov 25 to send other disputes... OK, thats enough, but I am still pissed... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Barry (tech support) was really nice and helpful. But I had to delete my original account and setup a new one and go through all of it again. They are, from my experience, lenient on proof. I faxed them a copy of my cell phone bill I get online. My current addy was on there, along with a copy of my DL with the same addy.
