Anonymous
I received a letter from Trans Union that stated they need to know what credit repair company I am working with. They said unless they receive the requested information, that my disputes will be considered frivolous. I am not working with a credit repair company. I am just doing what I have read on this board. They sent me a form that wants to know the name of the credit repair company, person assisting and address of the company. Any suggestions? kimber6337
Why are they saying its frivolous? What additional information are they asking for to start your disputes?
admin
Ignore it. They are just trying to extend the 30 day period. This happened to someone I was working with and they still finished the investigation in 30 days.
