Anonymous
I disputed 6 items in one letter that EQ received on Nov. 29, 2002. Today I received the results of those investigations sans one item.It appears that EQ didn't even look at this one item. I did not receive a 'frivolous' letter or a refusal to investigate letter about it. They simply didn't investigate it.What are my options?
admin
Write back and tell them they are in violation of the FCRA, and you want this item deleted or they can make arrangements to send you a $1000 check.

Anonymous
I too got something back from EX. I disputed 9 line items. 2 were deleted (yeah!) 4 were updated (paid) and 3 remained. They didn't tell why they remained. Said they were validated. How? Do I send a letter asking the CRA or to show proof of verification and the CA to validate?
