Anonymous
Can anyone understand how judgments work? I unfortunately now have one on my CR. It doesn't seem right that a CA can garnish my wages and give me bad credit there but to add on a judgment that won't come off until 2009? On top of it, the collections were almost ready to expire. They combined 3 or 4 together and I was too sick to attend court. Is there no way to remove a judgment after it has been paid?
