Anonymous
We've applied for a mortgage and our scores that I accessed were:TU 663EX 630EQ 624But when the mortgage co pulled the scores they were way different.TU 739 (I wish they were all that)EX 612EQ 612So, since were were below the "620" magic window on 2 out of 3 we got zapped w/horrible rates. How can the mortgage co get scores that are that much different than what they show us? And he pulled them all individually, not as a 3 in 1. Your score is grading on everything contained in the file. There are bankruptcy; auto; personal finance; & installment models (each look at different information contained in the credit reports that are most important to each business using the score).
