Anonymous
FYI: I have been teaching classes on credit and helping people with clearing up items on their credit reports. To date I have been very successful with Equifax and TransUnion. However, Experian is becoming more and more difficult to deal with. I am to the point where I have several clients who are interested in a class action suit against Experian Credit Services. They are NOT obeying the law when it comes to operating in compliance with the FCRA. If anyone has any information on Experian as being successful or not please let me know. admin
I actually think there are several class action lawsuits going on against Experian. Now that I've said that, I'm sure you'll ask me who and what they are... Anonymous
I started my credit repair the first part of June, before I found helpful credit repair boards. I had already went on line and disputed over 10 lines at once with EX, for myself, and my DH disputed over 5 lines. Much more than the three or four that is usually reccommended, but I didn't know any better. Of my DH disputes, they deleted several, changed one to open, never late, and several more were, updated. On mine 6 were deleted (over 1/3rd of those disputed), the rest verified and updated. My next move is to get a description of the reinvestigation procedure.
