Anonymous
issue: filed BK in 1995 ch 13, look at my report and it says ch 7. Things that were paid off during the BK dont reflect that they were paid off during a BK it just looks like they were never paid and things that were not even in the BK say Bk on it. What is the deal and how do I fix it? Change everything or delete everything and let them fix it. My report is so screwed up. There are things on it that are not even mine. kb9tbq
With the bankruptcy filed in 1995 - Everything included in bankruptcy should have dropped off already.Would dispute with the CRAs pointing this fact out. Itemize all creditors that where included and that need to be deleted (having out lived their shelf life).Point out to them exactly which tradelines where reported incorrectly as having been included in bankruptcy (list these accounts specifically and what they where suppose to have been reporting).Start there and see what they get cleaned up on the 1st round. wert
I think BK stays on for 10 years, not seven.
