Anonymous
I just called Experian because i made a dispute on my House hold bank account on the accuracy of latepayment dates and balance on Feburary 14 and it's was still pending today 3/18/03. According to my most current report the completion date on this was March 16 and today is March 18 and it's still pending. So I called them and ask why was it still pending since the completion date was on March 16. The representative put me on hold and then said Oh! The creditior responded on the March 10 and I don't know why it's still pending. She also said that the creditor wanted to put more derogatory remarks on the report, and i said what that was she started talking in circles saying my report is updated refering me to my most recent credit report saying that it went from balance of 299 to 268. The wierd thing is the last time Household reported was on 1/03 with the balance of 268 ( I'm getting this info from my march report , the most current). What's going on why are they lying. My house balance is really 0 i have proof, I just wanted the whole account deleted. I ask to speak to the supervisor who the representative said she recieved the info, and she told me that the supervisor was no available, HUH! I ask for her name and the supervisor first and last name. The rep would not give me the supervisor last name but took my telephone # and said that a supervisor will give me a call. What is going on? kb9tbq
Well the next step will be to write back in & inform them they have past the 30 day limit and need to delete the account since they failed to respond within the 30 days. No just a hard one with the way you went about it, calling in. So just ignore their response and send letter to them.Otherwise you next dispute will have to move on to disputing other things like balance, lol
