Capepuffin
I disputed on-line some accounts as 'not mine' with CRA. These have come back verified. Should I wait to send a 2nd dispute letter, disputing another tradeline? What would you suggest for a time frame on disputing after a confirmed verification so that they don't deem me frivolous? Also, Which Should I dispute first? 'Account status' or 'days late'. Does it even matter?
creditmess
I am on the same boat.I send out second wave demanding them to re-investigate that stuff and provide me with the info of who they talked to, addresses.. and things like that.So far, TU burned me with a letter saying they won't re-investigate and I should take it to the company. So I am sending out Nutcase letter to the CA tomorrow.

morrow
I just typed out the first nutcase letter and I think it would be PERFECT for my situation.I had a crappy-a$$ CA go into my checking and take all my $.So the collection is now PAID.However, I was so steamed that they did that to me I was trying to find someway to get back.I was going to send them really nasty letters every day for a week or two hoping they would get tired of me.....but I think that I will send a nutcase letter....and then a second....and then a third.Eventually I am sure they will just give up!
