The representativeresponded " You need to stop calling us and let us do our job!"She elaborated that I had also called earlier in the day. All I requested was for them to explain how items were verified.Has anyone else had any unpleasant phone conversationswith our buddies in Allen? Or simply write letter to the head office complaining about the treatment from this particular person. Of couse that is if you remember the persons name who did this.
