FCRA section 609 (a)(4)

Recommended Posts

Am I reading this section (FCRA section 609 (a)(4)) wrong or is the CRA's required to have the dates of delinquencies reported on the credit reports? On my TransUnion and Equifax reports I have several tradelines with undated delinquencies.

Does anyone have an alternative interpretation of the section?
