momoney4me
I am coming up on 30 days without response of my disputes with all three CRA's. I read that they have 5 days after the 30 to notify me of the results. So, at what point do I send them a letter requesting them to delete the TL's I disputed? Do I send out the letters on the 30th day or the 35th day??
md
They have 30 days to investigate from the time they receive your dispute. Then they have five BUSINESS days to notify you, which basically equates to 37 days unless it falls just right. At that point (unless you call them at 31 days or are able to check online) I would demand deletion.
momoney4me
So, if I call them at 31 days and ask for results, and they haven't completed it, then I can demand over the phone for them to be deleted? Or, is it best to leave a paper trail and write them a letter? I have access to my reports on PG, so I can also check them there on the 31st day. So, actually I could write them after the 31st day since I have online access to my reports? Sorry for all the questions. I'm just getting excited with the time nearly ready to run out! If they still don't delete, then worry about the paper trail.
