EQ has disputed positive tradeline

Well my lovely friends at Equifax have placed one of my positive tradlines in dispute. (Listed as Consumer Disputes-Reinvestigation in Process) Well what do you know that was so awesome to see - boneheads...This tradline is for a Capitol One MasterCard Account that is open, current, and with a zero balance. I sent in a dispute to remove a people first/capital one hard inquiry but I guess they just didn't get that. I know that Capital One will verify and the tradeline should stay in place it's just aggravating that they can't seem to read plain English.

Anyone out there had this happen to them :notsure:

I had the same done to me............type up a letter explaining what happened, along with a copy of your EQ report, showing the positive tradeline...................fax it to

Equifax Consumer Affairs Office

write snail mail to:
