Anonymous
How do I get Sherman to remove a credit listing from my credit report that belonged to my son. Since father and son have the same name, I can understand somewhat how this may happen, but I can't believe this is impossible to do. My son is facing a battle with Sherman because Sherman says they own the account; while another agency says they own the account.Sherman won't release the paperwork even the money is sent to the other agency. He is in "cross-war" with Sherman. Who is this Sherman ACQ? What can he do?
DocDon
First, if that's your primary email address, change your username. Since this is a public board, you've just opened yourself up to a spam nightmare.Second, send a validation letter to Sherman.
