Okay I keep trying to start a new topic but it looks like i am responding to someone else's thread in the end. weird. i was just wondering if anyone know how to refresh the privacy guard reports, mine says may 24 (the day i signed up) any insight?

You have to pull a new report.

I was a little confused meself when I 1st did this but here's my versions of the instructions.

1. Log in.

2. click on "View your reports"

You should get a screen that says "authenticating"

3. Near the top left side of the screen, you'll see a section called "Request Report". Click the 1st option "3B Credit Report w/ 1B Score"

4. Fill in the info. You don't need to enter your credit card number unless you want the additional stuff like Experian or TU score. Then go to the bottom and submit.

You can delete these posts that ended up in the wrong place, there's no time limit on deleting/editing ur own posts.
