experian has had me on hold for 26 minutes

You should feel lucky that your not the rep on the other end that has to deal with the customers that have disputes and have been holding. I think all company should always have enough people to answer their customers calls in a timely manner, so please do not take it out on the rep. I worked as a call center rep for 6 years and it's a bad situation when the company works you to the bone then you have to chewed out from a customer for hold time. I'm thankful to the Lord I am not strapped to a phone with over a 100 calls in the que.
