Anonymous
Just for FYIWhen you do have a legitimate late charge on an account and you have been a good customer, in general I have found if you write directly to corporate, you get results. (Actually, this works for almost anything.)Find the corporate website and get the CEO & President and whoever else you can find addresses for and send cc’s. - Gotta love that internet! - These people DO NOT want to be bothered so they turn it over to someone and say, “Make this problem disappear”. Never start at the (flunky end) bottom. You are wasting your breath and raising your blood pressure. You usually get a nice apologetic letter saying they will remove the negative report.
