nu@thiscreditstuff
O.k here is the situation I decided to depute the four things that were on my credit as "not mine" and see if I could have them removed. That was May 24, and then today I recieved a letter from EQ saying that the identifying information that I provided does not match the information that is on the Equifax Credit Files. This probably because of the fact that I have recently relocated. They said that I need to send in some information that will verify my new address. Then in the end of the letter it says that i have to resubmit my dispute, the requested information, and this letter to the address that was on the letter. My Question is what should I do? Should I resubmit this letter like the asked me too or should I consider this a stall tactic and disregard this letter?
