I have been trying for over a week to access my report via PG and all i keep getting is a code 72. Supposedly their tech support has been working on this. I am calling them now and if they can't fix it, then i'm just cancelling. I'm so pissed.

It's been happening a lot more frequently the past week, i think somethings wrong. Whenever i get one of

those, I call support and they're able to pull my report for me, and then I can see it online. Are they not able

to do that for you?
