dunky
I just found out that a judgement from the California EDD was never done with proof of service. I had them pull the old files and there is no evidence that they served me and I never signed for anything. TU and Experian has removed it as unverifiable but Equifax states it is still on there. What should I do. If i send a copy of the document from the court it will show that there was a judgement but the copy has no evidence of proof of service. admin
You do a judgment vacation. Go down to the court house where the judgment was filed and get the clerk to help you fill out a motion to vacate. Then you go to court. If they can't show evidence of serving, it's all over for them.
