DV letter

Recommended Posts

LAB;

If you sent out DV letter, then followed up with Disputing - then you give 30 days for both to be completed on the disputes for the notation to appear on the credit report.

If they fail to add the notation; then you have the collection agency on a violation (for later use).

If they fail to respond in the 30 days to you but verify with the CRAs; then you would send out 2nd DV letter; giving them less time to produce the documentation proving the debt is yours.

Just takes time on these things, sorry to say; if you know they have already verified without adding notation, then you can skip waiting the 30 days & move to the 2nd DV letter.
