soulzen Posted August 10, 2003 Report Share Posted August 10, 2003 Hey all, this is my first post here but it won't be my last Anyways, I am 18 years old, and have a fico score of 690, I have one aged cc that I was added on too. ( Its my grandmothers). So now I want to open more trade lines, because I am going into real estate...My brother who is 21 already owns numerous properties, I want to surpass him in properties owned by that age.In order to do that I need other trade lines that will boost my credit. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to get some trade lines open asap, as I am currently IN escrow on my first building, I already have a lender I just want to boost my credit as to avoid any problems down the road.Sorry if I rambled a bit...just overwhelmed at the knowledge I can learn from everyone here.Thanks in advance!-Soul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sounds like you are on your way to great scores! Just make sure you always pay that new mortgage on time, they will climb accordingly. I'm sure someone here can tell you some good CCs to apply for.
